Haley Limo

Chief Executive Officer

Haley is honored to serve Hope in Northern Virginia Inc., as the Chief Executive Officer.

Originally from Oklahoma, Haley grew up in a strong Christian family on a ranch, riding horses and working cattle. With an ordained minister as a father, she spent much of her childhood on missions trips, learning to serve others with the message of Christ.

Haley met her husband, Devin, when they were introduced by their pastor in 2018. They have now been married one year!

Haley’s professional background is in major gifts fundraising.  She worked for six years for Young America’s Foundation as a development officer raising funds for their student programs.

Haley has always had a heart for the pro-life movement, but pinpoints the origin of her passion for life back to one moment. During an internship in the summer of 2014, she had the opportunity to attend a pro-life rally at the steps of the Supreme Court awaiting the ruling on the Burwell vs. Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. case. The moment that the supreme court intern ran down the steps to tell us that the court decided in favor of life was a moment she has never forgotten. Chanting and cheering with with pro-life activists gave Haley the dream that our generation could be the pro-life generation.

She began volunteering for Hope several years ago and fell in love with Hope’s ministry.

Haley is excited to serve Hope as the CEO, helping to empower more women than ever before to choose life, and to find Hope in Jesus Christ.

Haley lives with her husband in Fairfax, Virginia, and they attend CityLight church in Annandale, Virginia, together.

Blair Smith

Nurse Manager

Blair Smith is a Northern Virginia native. She became a registered nurse in 2005 and spent several blessed years taking care of precious little ones in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Inova Children’s Hospital. It was there where she saw hundreds of preterm babies enter this world and thrive. In 2018, God called Blair to Southview Community Church where she served in the family ministry program as the Children’s Ministry Director. During that time, she walked alongside children as their faith flourished, led devoted volunteers, supported families and experienced tremendous growth in her own faith journey.

In September 2020, Blair joined Hope as the nurse manager. Working in the NICU and serving in ministry were wonderful stepping stones for this position. Blair is grateful to be a part of an organization that provides compassionate support and loving services to women facing an unplanned pregnancy. We are called to love one another and Blair is excited to share her love for Jesus with others because with Jesus, there is Hope.

Savannah Richards

Client Services Administrator

Savannah completed her undergrad in Social Work at VCU in Richmond, VA and recently completed her graduate degree in the same field online from Western New Mexico University. She has always felt the push to be in a helping career, realizing social work as her passion early on. Working in a faith-based environment has always been important to her, and finding Hope felt like a perfect fit from the beginning. Savannah is excited for such an amazing opportunity to help women who find themselves in crisis pregnancies, using her Christian faith and her own experiences to help those who are in need of support and guidance.

Emma Morris

Office Manager

Emma Morris graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Childhood and Family Studies. Originally from Northern Virginia, Emma moved back to the area in August 2016 to be closer to her family. Shortly after her return, Emma interned on a successful re-election campaign for a pro-life Congresswoman, where she canvassed neighborhoods daily and educated constituents about the congresswoman’s agenda. When the internship concluded, Emma began working for Young America’s Foundation as the Office Assistant.

When Emma came to Christ in 2019, the Lord began to transform her heart in ways she could have never imagined. Through her transformation, Emma has become committed to the Lord and continues to strive to become more like Jesus every day. This desire to continue to grow in Christ led Emma to join the team at Hope, where she will serve as the Office Manager. Emma is very excited to use her gifts and talents from the Lord to serve and glorify him at Hope.
